Open Access Agreements Administrator

About the role

Join the Open Access (OA) Agreements team to support the global transition to open access publishing. You will work closely with institutional sales teams to develop, implement and monitor transformative agreements, full OA agreements and OA book partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage account balances for institutional and society full OA agreements.
• Monitor and manage monthly post‑pay accounts for institutional and society agreements.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to coordinate timely invoices for institutional and society agreements.
• Respond to customer queries.
• Support account closures, audits and ad‑hoc tasks.
• Support data processing, analysis and reporting across full OA, hybrid OA and transformative agreements.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and email composition.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Desirable: experience or interest in open access academic publishing.

Required skills

• Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP and similar formulas).
