Operational Resilience & Third Party Risk Management Analyst

About the role
Sitting within the integrated Procurement & Operational Resilience team in Technology, you’ll work alongside a close‑knit, high‑performing group. You will combine hands‑on governance ownership with active collaboration across Risk, Compliance, Tech and Legal to shift Atom from reactive compliance to a proactive operational resilience posture.
Key responsibilities
- Take full ownership of collating, analysing and producing Management Information, TPRM metrics and resilience committee packs using Google Workspace, Jira and Tableau.
- Proactively track, chase and manage open actions across resilience findings, supplier obligations and audit remediation.
- Conduct quality assurance on Business Impact Analysis submissions, manage customer survey processes and keep crisis playbooks up to date.
- Maintain the crisis management ‘battle box’, update CMT contact details and support business continuity and IT Disaster Recovery processes.
- Guide First Line Service Relationship Managers through third‑party due diligence, risk assessments, supplier performance reviews and training.
- Facilitate operational resilience scenario testing to identify vulnerabilities and monitor remediation plans.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, streamline due diligence and automate manual processes across resilience frameworks.
Required profile
- Background or exposure in financial services, retail banking, building societies or a similarly regulated environment.
- Foundational understanding of UK regulatory expectations for Operational Resilience and TPRM.
- Proven ability to map, analyse and document complex operational, technical or business workflows.
- Strong written and numerical capability to turn complex data into clear dashboards, reports and committee presentations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships across diverse business functions.
- Highly structured approach with strong attention to detail and data accuracy under time constraints.
