Operations Administrator (12‑month Fixed Term)

About the role

The Operations Administrator supports crew allocations, journey management and personnel readiness for offshore projects in Aberdeen, working closely with Global Mobility and the Operations Manager. This fixed‑term position ensures that field staff are deployed efficiently and in compliance with project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Global Mobility to allocate crew based on utilisation, compliance and required competencies, matching project needs.
• Develop and maintain clear journey‑management plans for offshore personnel, reacting promptly to any variations.
• Assist the Operations Manager in evaluating field support staff performance and providing constructive feedback.
• Coordinate with the Training & Competency department to arrange required offshore training, regulatory compliance and competency assessments.
• Organise teams to drive operational‑excellence initiatives as directed by the Operations Manager.
• Monitor crew profiles, work experience and CVs to ensure readiness of offshore personnel.
• Track contractor utilisation, requisitions and purchase orders to supplement offshore projects when required.
• Utilise company tools and applications to activate crew requirements and mobilise personnel through Global Mobility.

Required profile

• Minimum High School qualification.
• At least three years of oilfield experience, including a minimum of one year in personnel logistics.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications and ability to establish cooperative working relationships.
