Operations Analyst

About the role

Neoci Ltd is a leading communications company seeking a highly organised Operations Analyst to support its growing business. You will work across departments to streamline processes, manage critical systems and drive technology‑based solutions that improve efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand workflows and identify inefficiencies.
• Map, document and propose technology‑enabled process improvements.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable requests for developers.
• Configure, maintain and support business‑critical systems.
• Assist with systems integration, automation and the rollout of new tools or platforms.
• Recommend ways to reduce manual work, improve accuracy and speed up workflows.
• Track projects and actions to ensure operational improvements are delivered on time.
• Maintain accurate records of software licences, platforms and system documentation.
• Coordinate with external IT providers or development teams for complex projects.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in an operations or business analyst role.
• Strong technical understanding of software platforms, integrations and process automation.
• Excellent communication skills, able to work with both technical developers and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proven problem‑solving, critical‑thinking and organisational abilities.
