Operations Assistant – Warehouse & Yard Operations

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our warehouse team in Fareham, supporting the efficient flow of goods across our yard and storage areas. The role involves hands‑on handling of stock, ensuring timely picking, packing and dispatch of items while maintaining a safe working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack items accurately in the warehouse.
• Manually handle stock in the yard and prepare loads for transport.
• Operate a forklift to move pallets and large items safely.
• Load and unload vehicles, ensuring correct placement and documentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or yard environment.
• Valid driving licence (essential).
• Forklift licence is desirable but not mandatory.
• Team‑player with a proactive, “can‑do” attitude.

• Forklift operation.
