Operations Associate Graduate Internship

About the role

Join Partly’s Repairer Ambassador Programme as an Operations Associate on a three‑month graduate internship. You’ll be the on‑the‑ground face of the company, helping newly signed repair shops across the UK adopt the Partly platform quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Visit newly onboarded repair shops in your region and guide them through setting up and using the Partly platform.
• Identify why shops are not placing orders and work with them to remove those barriers.
• Monitor adoption metrics, collect feedback and report insights to the product and operations teams.
• Build authentic, long‑term relationships with shop owners and parts managers.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (university, HND, engineering course or apprenticeship) with a strong desire to learn.
• Excellent common‑sense, able to read a room and build trust with hands‑on professionals.
• Full UK driving licence; own car is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable spending most of the week on the road and working independently.
