Operations Coordinator (Football)

About the role
Our client is a football charity that uses the power of football to transform the lives of young people, delivering inclusive programmes to over 6,500 participants each week across schools, community sessions and holiday camps. The Operations Coordinator will support the day‑to‑day delivery of the Communities programme, ensuring sessions run smoothly and meet high standards.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily delivery of the Communities programme across schools, community training sessions and holiday camps, managing schedules, facilities and coaches.
- Maintain accurate performance data and documentation to support safeguarding and continuous improvement.
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound enquiries from parents, schools and partners, handling issues and providing a seamless experience.
- Manage outbound communications, ensuring messages align with the charity’s values.
- Build and maintain partnerships with schools, local authorities, community organisations and other delivery partners.
