Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Operations Coordinator will support day‑to‑day coordination and execution of shipments, demo movements and returns. Working closely with the Operational Account Lead and the wider operations team, the role ensures accurate planning, clear communication and consistent service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain full visibility and control across all movements.
• Support planning and coordination of shipments, demo movements, collections and deliveries.
• Schedule jobs, allocate resources and provide clear operational instructions.
• Create and manage bookings in internal systems and update job status in real time.
• Maintain accurate records, including delivery details and documentation.
• Provide customers with updates on delivery timing, job progress and status changes.
• Handle booking confirmations, general queries and escalate issues when required.
• Coordinate with transport providers, warehouse teams and operations colleagues to ensure accurate handovers and clear communication of job requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in coordinating shipments, demo movements, collections and deliveries.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and provide real‑time updates to customers.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with transport providers, warehouse teams and internal colleagues.

Required skills

What we offer

• Competitive salary between £32,000 and £35,000 per year.
• Full‑time, office‑based role in West Byfleet, South East England.
