Operations Coordinator - Property Maintenance

About the role

DCL Online Ltd is seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee property maintenance projects across London and Surrey. Working remotely, you will be the central point of contact ensuring that maintenance jobs progress smoothly from instruction to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple live maintenance jobs simultaneously, tracking progress and deadlines.
• Update and maintain the company CRM, job‑management and scheduling systems in real time.
• Liaise professionally with estate agents, landlords, tenants, contractors and suppliers.
• Monitor and chase quotations, appointments, access arrangements, reports and invoices.
• Identify potential delays early and take corrective action before they impact clients.
• Produce clear, accurate emails and internal notes for each job.
• Maintain detailed records, logs and spreadsheets to ensure full traceability.

Required profile

• Proactive and self‑motivated, able to think ahead without waiting for instructions.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle several tasks at once.
• Excellent communication, keeping all parties informed at the right moments.
• Comfortable working in a monitored remote environment and maintaining focus during core hours (09:30‑13:30 UK time).

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system.
