Operations Coordinator – Scale‑up (Hybrid, £43‑55k)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Operations Coordinator to support a fast‑growing FMCG challenger brand. Working in a hybrid model from Camden, you will combine people administration, office management and cross‑functional business support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, holiday tracking and HR documentation.
• Support training, wellbeing and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage company policies, health & safety compliance and B Corp certification activities.
• Organise internal communications, team events and culture programmes.
• Oversee office facilities, supplies, meeting rooms and supplier relationships.
• Handle travel bookings, meeting coordination and IT equipment set‑up for new starters.
• Assist with payroll administration and keep people data accurate.
• Contribute to operational projects, process improvements and general business administration.

Required profile

• Highly organised and detail‑oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Experience in a scaling organisation, preferably within the FMCG or consumer‑brand sector.
• Strong discretion when handling confidential information.
• Comfortable working with a variety of systems and embracing technology to improve processes.
