Operations Coordinator – Site Based (Bristol)

About the role

The Operations Coordinator will support the day‑to‑day running of site operations for a fast‑growing business delivering complex projects across the UK. Based in Avonmouth, Bristol, you will work closely with project teams, operational managers and field staff to keep people, equipment and resources coordinated.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily allocation and movement of operational equipment across multiple projects.
• Manage booking requests and ensure efficient deployment of assets.
• Maintain real‑time records of asset availability, utilisation and downtime.
• Schedule maintenance, inspections and servicing to minimise disruption.
• Support workforce and resource planning with operational teams.
• Provide administrative assistance to Project Managers and Operational Leads.
• Monitor schedules, flag potential clashes or shortages, and produce utilisation reports.
• Keep operational databases and internal systems up‑to‑date.
• Identify and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Assist with compliance documentation and ensure audit‑ready records.

Required profile

• Highly organised and proactive individual.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communicator comfortable liaising with both office‑based and site teams.
• Recent graduate or experienced administrator/coordinator seeking a full‑time role.
