Operations & Data Coordinator

About the role

Join a leading IT software and business services provider serving the utilities and pharmaceutical sectors as an Operations & Data Coordinator. You will be part of the Energy Operations Team, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day processes, accurate billing and high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain efficient daily operations while meeting tight deadlines and service level agreements.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally to keep clients happy.
• Produce and share insightful service performance reports with key stakeholders.
• Test new IT functionalities and verify accurate billing processes.
• Monitor and maintain industry data integrity for seamless operations.
• Collaborate with clients to address and resolve billing challenges.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in an analytical or process‑driven role, preferably within the utilities sector.
• High attention to detail, strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent analytical ability to quantify, manipulate data and spot anomalies.
• Customer‑focused communicator with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
• Quick learner, team‑oriented and adaptable to change.
