Operations Executive (Fixed-Term) – Hybrid

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Executive to support a key Nestlé account. The role is fixed‑term until 31 December 2026 and combines office‑based work in Woking with remote days, offering a hybrid schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Download, quality‑check and maintain retailer sales data on a daily basis.
• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding of account staff, including field‑execution tool configuration and testing.
• Handle operational queries via Manage Engine, coordinate cross‑functional resolution and prioritize account requests.
• Support field teams with visual briefs, travel bookings, fleet queries and territory/route optimisation using CACI.
• Produce ad‑hoc reports, update callfiles, reconcile company credit‑card expenses and provide holiday cover for the team.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and cover reception duties when required.

Required profile

• Strong organisational ability and keen eye for detail.
• Confidence working with data and basic analytical formulas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to collaborate across multiple teams.
• Proactive attitude with a commitment to personal development.

Required skills

• Experience using Manage Engine ticketing system.
• Familiarity with CACI route‑optimisation tool.
