Operations Keyholder (Part‑time, 4 days/week)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a motivated Operations Keyholder to join the Silverburn store in Glasgow on a part‑time basis. You will be the front‑line leader who ensures the store runs smoothly during key trading hours, including opening and closing when managers are away.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while embodying Levi’s brand values.
• Lead, motivate and guide Stylists to meet personal and store KPIs.
• Manage store operations during peak periods, including opening and closing procedures.
• Support store management with daily tasks, floor leadership and operational duties.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation and stockroom upkeep.
• Foster a positive, inclusive and high‑performing team environment.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s brand and alignment with company values.
• Previous retail experience with sales targets and KPI responsibility.
• Confidence leading and supporting a shop‑floor team.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and proactive problem‑solving.
• Ability to take ownership, make decisions and stay calm in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to support store management.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
