About the role
The Operations Leader South Division will oversee the delivery of adult education services across London, Brighton, Southampton, Cornwall, Devon, Torbay and the West of England Combined Authority. This senior leadership position carries full operational accountability for statutory contracts and works closely with external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Take full operational responsibility for MCA, ASF and other statutory contracts across the South region.
- Lead day‑to‑day activities, shaping how the division operates, grows and performs.
- Collaborate with the Relationship Lead to ensure external partnerships run smoothly.
- Manage multi‑site delivery, including travel to sites throughout South East England.
- Monitor performance against key deliverables and contractual targets.
Required profile
- Proven senior leadership experience in managing multi‑site operations, preferably within education or the voluntary sector.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with diverse community partners.
- Commitment to equality, social justice and lifelong learning.
- Ability to travel regularly across the South region.
