Join Safecare as an Operations Manager to drive excellence in our patient transport services. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operational delivery, ensuring that clinical quality and performance standards meet the high expectations of EMED and our healthcare partners.

Missions principales

• Direct daily operational delivery to support EMED's strategic objectives.
• Drive commercial performance and service delivery through rigorous KPI management.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including CCGs, hospitals, community health, mental health, and primary care providers.
• Oversee clinical quality and governance to ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Provide inspiring leadership to develop, guide, and motivate the operational team.
• Implement strategic decision-making to continuously improve service performance.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the healthcare or logistics sector.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and guiding teams.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships in a clinical environment.
• Strategic thinker capable of making data-driven decisions to improve performance.
• Flexibility to work a 40-hour week (Mon-Fri) with on-call requirements and occasional weekends.
