Operations Manager

About the role

This senior Operations Manager position will lead the delivery and performance of a national service operation for a well‑established business. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day management, driving operational excellence and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance and financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Service Managers, Supervisors, Coordinators and technical teams.
• Drive operational performance, service quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets and resource planning to maximise efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage operational risk, health & safety compliance and produce regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Operations Management or Service Delivery within the elevator or escalator sector.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Track record of improving processes and driving operational performance.
