Operations Manager – Supply Chain & Inventory

About the role

We are partnering with a market‑leading international manufacturer to recruit an Operations Manager for a high‑visibility product division. The role will drive day‑to‑day operations across the UK and Europe, ensuring seamless supply‑chain performance, inventory control and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain inventory and stock plans to guarantee product availability while improving supply‑chain efficiency and cost.
• Build and manage relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners.
• Monitor performance metrics, produce KPI reports and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with finance, sales and logistics teams to support quality standards and compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations, supply‑chain, inventory or commercial operations within a manufacturing or product‑based environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
