Missions principales

• Provide essential administrative and practical support for all aspects of project delivery, ensuring compliance with contractual, financial, and legal obligations.
• Act as the central coordination point between authorities, service providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
• Monitor provider performance and ensure strict adherence to the Project Agreement and governance standards.
• Manage documentation, insurance files, and legal claims processes with high precision.
• Organize key meetings and committees, and produce high-quality board-level reports and documentation.
• Partner closely with General Managers to drive operational excellence and stakeholder engagement.

Profil recherche

• Proven ability to manage complex tasks with extreme attention to detail and disciplined organizational skills.
• Strong confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders and high-level decision-makers.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective reporting and coordination.
• Experience in the healthcare sector or working on SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) contracts is highly advantageous.
