Operations & Procurement Coordinator (Part‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Operations & Procurement Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day running of a fast‑growing business in Kent. The role is part‑time and based on‑site in Marden, offering the chance to work across order processing, supplier liaison and logistics coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Raise purchase orders, communicate with suppliers and monitor stock levels, lead times and delivery schedules.
• Act as the primary contact for warehouses, couriers and customers, resolving any order or delivery issues promptly.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in CRM and order‑management systems.
• Support dispatch and fulfilment activities, contributing to smooth logistics operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an operations‑focused role.
• Background in procurement, supply chain, logistics or order management.
• Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
