Operations Supervisor – Electrical Projects

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead electrical installation projects within a newly established division. You will enjoy genuine autonomy, a company vehicle and clear progression as the business expands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial electrical installation projects from planning through to completion.
• Create project programmes, labour plans and schedules.
• Liaise with clients, engineers and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate project logistics and allocate resources.
• Work alongside the Quality Supervisor to ensure compliance and complete project documentation.

Required profile

• Electrical background with proven supervisory or project‑management experience.
• Track record of delivering commercial electrical installation projects.
• Experience as a Project Supervisor, Project Manager or similar role in the electrical industry.
