Operations Supervisor – Store Stock Management

About the role

As an Operations Supervisor at Levi Strauss & Co., you will act as the vital link between the stockroom and the shop floor, ensuring that merchandise is replenished, displayed, and managed efficiently. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Stock Manager to drive sales and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review store sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities and support the Store Manager.
• Execute daily replenishment accurately and efficiently.
• Train store associates on stock management guidelines and standards.
• Maintain product presentation, assortment, and tagging on the floor and in the stockroom.
• Organise and keep the stockroom tidy and functional.
• Provide on‑floor support to the sales team as needed.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in stock or retail operations.
• Strategic thinker who can adapt quickly to changing store demands.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise under pressure.
