Operations Supervisor – Trade Counter & Warehouse

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our Plumb Parts branch in Eastleigh. You will lead a small team, ensure smooth daily operations, and deliver excellent service to trade customers across the plumbing and heating product range.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers at the trade counter, providing product recommendations.
• Process online and in‑store orders from suppliers.
• Manage stock levels in both the warehouse and trade counter.
• Open new accounts and generate new business opportunities.
• Coordinate deliveries and handle incoming stock.
• Lead, coach and schedule a small branch team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a plumbing or heating product environment.
• Face‑to‑face customer service or sales background.
• Demonstrated experience as a supervisor (essential).
• Team‑player attitude with a willingness to take on diverse tasks.
• Positive, enthusiastic mindset and strong work ethic.
