Operations & Supply Chain Executive (Temporary)

About the role

This temporary Operations & Supply Chain Executive position supports a leading consumer brand from a busy Holborn office. The role is hybrid, with three days on‑site and two days remote, and is ideal for a detail‑oriented administrator who can start immediately.

Key responsibilities

• Manage orders, sales administration and returns using SAP.
• Maintain accurate operational records and ensure data integrity.
• Produce reports and analyse data with advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Support the Operations team with daily administrative tasks.
• Investigate and resolve order queries efficiently.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth processes.
• Provide proactive administrative assistance across the wider team.

Required profile

• Previous administration experience in a fast‑paced office environment.
• Strong SAP experience, including order and return management.
• Advanced Excel skills with confidence using VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
• Immediately available for a temporary assignment.
