Operations Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Team Leader to join our fast‑growing Operations Division. Reporting to senior stakeholders, you will lead a high‑performing team that delivers exceptional client service and drives deals to completion while working in a hybrid office/home environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of operational professionals, conducting regular one‑to‑ones, performance reviews and setting clear KPIs.
• Monitor and analyse operational KPIs, allocating workload to maintain service levels and identifying process improvements.
• Act as the first point of escalation for operational challenges and ensure compliance with internal quality standards.
• Support live transactions, collaborate with senior stakeholders and contribute to departmental projects and strategic initiatives.
• Foster a collaborative culture, oversee onboarding of new members and drive continuous learning.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading or coaching teams, preferably in sales support, operations or professional services.
• Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop others.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in managing performance conversations.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using metrics to improve performance.
