Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist with frame styling and selection to help patients find the perfect pair.
• Support the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the practice.
• Carry out pre‑screening eye tests.
• Assist with contact lens teaching sessions.
• Perform general optical administration tasks.
• Maintain high presentation standards to ensure every customer leaves satisfied.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Optical Assistant.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer care.
• Enjoys building long‑term relationships with patients.
• Strong interest in fashion and eyewear styling.
• Motivated to develop within a growing optical business.
