About the role

Join a friendly optical store in Tottenham, providing excellent eye‑care services to a diverse clientele. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring customers receive a warm welcome and professional assistance throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers, delivering high‑quality customer service.
• Perform pre‑screening eye health checks.
• Hand over customers smoothly to the optometrist.
• Dispense glasses and assist with fitting.
• Repair and adjust spectacles.
• Teach customers how to use contact lenses.
• Carry out routine administration duties.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an optical or related retail environment.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced store.
