Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with optical product enquiries and guide them through the selection process.
• Support the dispensing of spectacles and lenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain a tidy and organised store environment, including product displays and stock levels.
• Utilise store IT systems to process transactions and record customer information.
• Collaborate with the wider team to achieve sales targets and deliver a high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant.
• Strong enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service.
• Team‑player attitude with a proactive approach.
• Confidence using IT systems in a retail setting.
• Excellent communication and listening abilities.
• Willingness to receive feedback and develop professionally.
