Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers, delivering exceptional service from arrival to departure.
• Perform pre‑screening eye health checks and ensure accurate handover to the optometrist.
• Dispense luxury frames, sunglasses and prescription lenses, providing styling advice.
• Fit, adjust and repair spectacles, maintaining high standards of fit and comfort.
• Support contact‑lens training sessions and assist with related product enquiries.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in an optical setting.
• Strong customer‑focus with a passion for luxury retail.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.

Required skills

• Knowledge of eye‑health screening procedures.
• Ability to dispense and fit prescription eyewear.
• Experience with spectacle repair and adjustment.
