About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Optical Branch Manager to lead our client’s modern optical practice in Ashby-de-la-Zouch. You will be the front‑line leader responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the optical practice.
Maintain the highest standards of customer service.
Motivate, train and develop the branch team.
Manage administrative duties and ensure regulatory compliance.
Collaborate closely with the Regional Manager to implement strategic initiatives.

Required profile

Proven managerial experience within an optician or optical retail environment.
Strong communication abilities and a self‑motivated attitude.
Confident, friendly and highly organised.

Required skills

Optical practice management experience.
