Lunaria Recruitment is seeking an experienced Optical Branch Manager to lead a modern independent practice in Sheffield. The role combines commercial responsibility with delivering exceptional patient care, overseeing daily operations and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Managing the daily operations of the optical practice
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the patient journey
• Leading, motivating and developing the team to achieve their full potential
• Driving branch performance and identifying opportunities for business growth
• Supporting staff training, engagement and ongoing development
• Managing administration, compliance and operational procedures
• Working closely with the Regional Manager and wider team
• Maintaining a professional, welcoming and relaxed practice environment

Required profile

• Previous management experience within an optical practice
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercial awareness with a passion for customer service
• Confident, organised and self‑motivated
• Positive and professional approach with strong attention to detail
