Optometrist – Bromley

About the role

Vision Express is seeking a qualified Optometrist to join its newly re‑fitted Bromley store. You will work in a modern environment equipped with OCT and an Auto Phoropter, delivering high‑quality eye examinations and contributing to the store’s commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations using OCT and Auto Phoropter equipment.
• Provide clear diagnoses and treatment recommendations to patients.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager, resident Optometrists, and Optical Assistants to ensure smooth store operations.
• Support the commercial performance of the store by meeting sales targets and promoting relevant products.

Required profile

• Qualified and GOC‑registered Optometrist.
• Strong clinical expertise with the ability to build patient confidence.
• Team‑oriented mindset, willing to share ideas and support colleagues.
• Commitment to the commercial goals of the store.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT).
• Experience using an Auto Phoropter.

What we offer

• Salary up to £70,000 per year, plus a £4,000 car allowance.
