Optometrist – Full or Part‑time – up to £75,000

About the role
Specsavers in Gosport is seeking a friendly, conscientious Optometrist to join a community‑focused store. You will deliver excellent patient experiences while supporting the store’s growth and loyal customer base.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations using the latest clinical technology, including OCT.
- Provide accurate diagnoses and appropriate prescriptions for glasses and contact lenses.
- Contribute to store management activities and support team development.
- Maintain high standards of patient care and customer service.
Required profile
- Qualified and GOC‑registered Optometrist.
- Confident, strong work ethic and willingness to succeed.
- Passionate about eye care and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
- Committed to going the extra mile for customers and supporting colleagues.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) and other clinical eye‑care equipment.

- Salary up to £75,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
