About the role

Specsavers in Cranleigh is seeking a qualified Optometrist to join a community‑focused team. You will deliver high‑quality eye care to a diverse customer base while contributing to the practice’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and provide accurate prescriptions.
• Offer professional advice on lenses, frames, and eye‑health solutions.
• Maintain clinical standards and uphold GOC registration requirements.
• Build rapport with customers and collaborate closely with store staff.
• Participate in continuing professional development and support practice initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified Optometrist registered with the General Optical Council (GOC).
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer care.
• Hands‑on, proactive approach with strong clinical judgment.
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to contribute to store ethos.

Required skills

• Optometry clinical practice.
