Optometrist – Full/Part Time – Milton Keynes

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Optometrist to join our well‑established team at Specsavers Milton Keynes. You will work in a modern two‑floor store with eight testing rooms and the latest eye‑care equipment, delivering high‑quality vision care to our patients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments.
• Diagnose and manage ocular conditions, prescribing appropriate corrective lenses.
• Operate and interpret results from OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography) machines.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with opticians, technicians and support staff to provide a seamless patient experience.

Required profile

• Qualified Optometrist registered with the General Optical Council (GOC).
• Willingness to work full‑time or part‑time according to personal preference.
• Strong commitment to patient care and continuous professional development.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
