About the role

Specsavers in Crowborough is seeking a qualified Optometrist to join a newly opened store equipped with the latest clinical technology. The role can be full‑time or part‑time, with a flexible working pattern to suit the successful candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations using state‑of‑the‑art equipment.
• Provide accurate prescriptions and recommend appropriate eyewear or treatment.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• GOC‑registered Optometrist, newly qualified or experienced.
• Strong clinical judgment and a hands‑on approach.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Willingness to engage with the team and contribute to store growth.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography) and other modern optometric equipment.
