About the role

Join a long‑established independent optometry practice in Chichester, renowned for professional eye care, stylish dispensing and a relaxed clinical environment. You will deliver thorough sight tests and personalised patient care within a modern, well‑equipped practice.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 30‑minute sight tests for a diverse patient base.
• Utilise OCT and Optomap imaging to support diagnosis.
• Provide high‑quality dispensing services using premium eyewear collections.
• Build long‑term relationships with patients, focusing on personalised care.
• Collaborate with a small, experienced team in a supportive setting.

Required profile

• Registered with the General Optical Council (GOC).
• Strong communication skills and a patient‑first attitude.
• Enjoy working in a close‑knit, independent environment.
• Passion for delivering high levels of personalised eye care.

What we offer

• 4.5‑day work week (8:45 am‑5:30 pm weekdays, 9:45 am‑1 pm Saturdays).
• Salary between £60,000 and £70,000, dependent on experience.
