About the role

The Optometrist Partner role offers a unique opportunity to acquire a 33% share in each of Specsavers’ Ely and Ely Lisle Lane stores, plus a stake in the Hearcare business. As a clinical leader you will help shape service standards, drive growth and ensure the highest level of patient care across both locations.

Key responsibilities

• Purchase a 33% shareholding in both the Ely and Ely Lisle Lane stores and a 12.5% stake in Hearcare.
• Lead clinical excellence and maintain high service standards across the two sites.
• Collaborate with the existing strong clinical team to support patient care.
• Contribute to strategic planning and expansion initiatives.
• Represent the business within the local community and maintain its strong reputation.
