Optometrist – Up to £70k + Bonus & Joining Incentive

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Optometrist to join our Petersfield store, delivering high‑quality eye care to our customers. You will work in a modern practice with four test rooms, supporting both full‑time and part‑time schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations using the latest clinical equipment.
• Prescribe glasses, contact lenses, and provide appropriate vision advice.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with health‑care standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve store performance targets.
• Contribute to the store‑based bonus scheme through excellent service delivery.

Required profile

• Registered with the General Optical Council (GOC) and kept up to date.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy retail environment.
• Flexibility to work full‑time or part‑time hours as needed.

Required skills

• GOC registration and compliance.
• Proficiency in using modern optometric diagnostic equipment.
