Optometry Partner – Home Visits (Norwich)

About the role

Specsavers is seeking an experienced optometrist to join its Home Visits service as a Joint Venture Partner for the Norwich 1 territory. This role combines clinical practice with business ownership, giving you autonomy to run your own clinics while benefiting from the support of a global brand.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality optometric care to patients in their homes across Norwich, Colchester, Clacton‑on‑Sea and surrounding areas.
• Manage and grow the Home Visits business, including patient acquisition, care‑home outreach and clinic operations.
• Collaborate with two existing partners and the wider Specsavers network to ensure clinical excellence and business success.
• Oversee financial performance, share ownership and dividend distribution.

Required profile

• Qualified optometrist with a strong clinical background.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to own a share of the business.
• Commitment to community‑focused, patient‑centred care.
• Ability to work independently while leveraging corporate support.
