Optometry Partner – Store Leadership Role

About the role

Specsavers in Scarborough is seeking an experienced and ambitious optometrist to become the Store Partner. You will lead the optical business, drive growth, and act as a key figure in the local community while benefiting from the support of a global brand.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality eye examinations and clinical services.
• Manage day‑to‑day store operations and financial performance.
• Build, develop and lead a dedicated team of optometrists and retail staff.
• Grow the business through strategic initiatives and community engagement.
• Utilise advanced clinical technology, including OCT and tele‑optometry facilities.

Required profile

• Qualified optometrist with a strong clinical presence.
• Ambitious, business‑oriented and able to work autonomously.
• Proven leadership experience within an optical retail environment.
• Commitment to delivering excellent patient care and service.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography) equipment.
• Experience using tele‑optometry platforms.
