Oracle ERP/HCM/EPM Consultant (Temporary, DV Cleared)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP/HCM/EPM Consultant to join a confidential IT transformation project for a consultancy client in Buckinghamshire. This temporary, DV‑cleared position will focus on delivering technical expertise to streamline client operations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and configure Oracle ERP, HCM and EPM solutions to meet client specifications.
• Analyse existing business processes and recommend system improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues and resolve system errors efficiently.
• Conduct system testing and ensure successful deployment.
• Deliver training and guidance to end‑users for smooth adoption.
• Prepare detailed documentation and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in Oracle ERP, HCM or EPM modules.
• Proven experience analysing and improving business processes.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and translate requirements into solutions.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues.
• Good communication skills for training and support activities.
