Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Developer – SC Cleared (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Developer with active SC clearance to join a central government transformation programme. The role is hybrid, based in Bristol with three days on‑site, and runs until March 2027 on a contract inside IR35.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll functionality, including Fast Formula solutions.
• Configure payroll elements, HCM extracts, HDL and HSDL processes.
• Build and maintain Oracle Cloud Integrations (OIC) and support payroll‑related data interfaces.
• Create and improve OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and deliver technical solutions in a DevOps environment.
• Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders and technical specialists to deliver high‑quality payroll enhancements.

Required profile

• Active Security Clearance (SC).
• Strong commercial experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, specifically Payroll.
• Experience working in a DevOps delivery setting.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
