Oracle Fusion Programme Manager – Up to £800/day (Contract)

About the role

A leading Central Government organisation is seeking an experienced Programme Manager (Security Cleared) to lead a major Oracle Fusion ERP transformation supporting over 250,000 civil servants across multiple departments. The role is hybrid, based in London, and offers a daily rate of up to £800.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the Oracle Fusion ERP programme from design through go‑live.
• Manage technical, business and supplier workstreams to ensure successful implementation of a shared enterprise platform.
• Coordinate data migration, testing and change‑over activities.
• Identify and mitigate complex risks and dependencies across the programme.
• Engage senior stakeholders across government departments and shared services.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale ERP or enterprise transformation programmes.
• Strong background with Oracle Fusion ERP or equivalent cloud ERP solutions such as SAP S/4HANA or Workday.
• Experience managing programmes across the full lifecycle, including design, build, testing, data migration and go‑live.
• Ability to manage complex risks, dependencies and senior stakeholders.
• Security Clearance (SC) preferred.
