Oracle Planning Lead – Financial Forecasting (Gaming)

About the role

We are seeking an Oracle Planning Lead to own the architecture, implementation and optimisation of financial forecasting and planning applications for a high‑volume gaming business. The role sits at the intersection of complex gaming data and Oracle ERP systems, driving accurate revenue and cost insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the end‑to‑end architecture for Oracle‑based planning solutions, including Cloud Financials, Hyperion and PBCS.
• Implement and optimise custom‑built planning applications that handle micro‑transactions, platform fees and live‑ops spend.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to build ETL pipelines, data reconciliation processes and data‑warehousing structures.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS for multi‑currency and deferred revenue reporting.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Required profile

• 8+ years of hands‑on experience leading financial planning, budgeting or forecasting projects.
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of Oracle ERP ecosystems (Oracle Cloud Financials, Hyperion, PBCS).
• Proven experience delivering bespoke planning applications where standard ERP functionality is insufficient.
• Background in the gaming, digital media or high‑volume subscription sectors is highly preferred.
