Order Management Advisor – Watford

About the role

The Order Management Advisor will support efficient contract management and vehicle procurement for our car‑leasing business. Based in Watford, you will work in a hybrid environment, spending at least three days a week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Capture all orders within a 24‑hour turnaround and prepare contracts with employer‑specific details.
• Liaise with dealers to ensure vehicle specifications are accurately ordered.
• Coordinate with the Pricing and Data team to verify manufacturer pricing, discounts and manage monthly price updates.
• Provide first‑contact customer service via phone and email, aiming to exceed KPIs and SLAs.
• Take on ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Required profile

• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Motivated by achieving individual and team targets.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting and during the initial full‑time training period.
