Order Management Analyst – French Speaker

About the role

Join SC Johnson’s EMEA Shared Service Centre as an Order Management Analyst supporting French‑speaking markets. You will ensure accurate order processing, manage stock allocations and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer fulfilment journey.

Key responsibilities

• Process and validate customer orders for French market retailers.
• Attend supply‑chain meetings and coordinate stock allocations.
• Maintain accurate order records and monitor on‑time delivery performance.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, including sales and logistics, to resolve issues.
• Analyse order data to recommend improvements and support commercial objectives.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and influencing abilities.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural team.
• Experience in order management or supply‑chain environments is advantageous.
