Order Management Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Order Management Specialist to join our fast‑growing SaaS company. The role plays a critical part in the quote‑to‑cash workflow, ensuring accurate order processing, subscription setup, invoicing coordination and customer account management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end order lifecycle, verifying product configuration, pricing, discounts, contract terms and customer information.
• Review contracts, pricing agreements and commercial terms to ensure accurate documentation and revenue recognition.
• Support account executives and customer success managers with quote validation, contract review and order entry guidance.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements, automation and process optimisation to reduce friction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, Fulfillment and Product teams to accelerate order closure and delivery.
• Lead enablement sessions for new Account Executives and perform internal audits to maintain compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in order management, deal desk or accounts receivable.
• Experience with Salesforce (or equivalent CPQ system), Ironclad and NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, ARR/MRR and basic revenue recognition.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
