OTC Process Lead

About the role

The OTC Process Lead will own the end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash cycle within the Accounting & Finance team of a leading property organisation. Based in the heart of London, you will drive efficiency, ensure compliance and support continuous improvement of financial workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full OTC process, guaranteeing accuracy and timely execution of all transactions.
• Analyse existing workflows, identify bottlenecks and implement process‑optimisation initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations, internal policies and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to resolve invoicing, payment and reconciliation disputes.
• Monitor key performance indicators, produce regular performance reports for senior management.
• Support the rollout of new systems or tools that enhance OTC efficiency.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices and standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Order‑to‑Cash processes within an Accounting & Finance environment.
• Strong understanding of financial operations in the property or real‑estate sector.
• Analytical mindset with a track record of driving process improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive problem‑solver with decisive decision‑making abilities.
