Outbound Sales Consultant – SDR

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Outbound Sales Consultant to join our new Outreach team in Norwich. This entry‑level position focuses on generating B2B leads, qualifying prospects, and booking demos for our Inside Sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to potential B2B clients using provided lead lists or prospecting platforms.
• Drive interest in Epos Now’s product suite through value‑based conversations.
• Qualify leads based on company fit, buyer persona, and engagement level.
• Book qualified appointments and product demos for the Inside Sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of activity, call outcomes, and lead status in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or B2B lead generation.
• Strong, persuasive communication skills.
• Resilience and determination to thrive under pressure and rejection.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs in a high‑activity environment.
• Excellent time‑management and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
